Primary Indication

The TL-150 is indicated for measuring arterial blood pressure and pulse rate in adults who weigh between 90 and 400 lb. and who are between 4'6" and 6'6" tall.

Contraindications

The TL-150 is contraindicated in patients with:

  • No palpable radial artery pulse
  • Anatomical abnormalities (skin grafts, cysts, cellulitis) or injuries (scarring, cuts, burns, bruising) at the sensor site
  • An intravenous line placed at the sensor application site or within the medial/lateral travel range of the sensor
  • An AV shunt in the T-Line® arm
  • A known sensitivity to pressure stimuli (dermatographism)
