Christopher M. Jones, Chief Executive Officer

Christopher M. Jones joined the Company in 2005 and serves as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Jones has sixteen years in the medical device and diagnostic industry. Mr. Jones joins Tensys® from Nellcor, Inc., a division of Tyco International Ltd., where he worked for nine years, most recently as Vice President of Marketing. Prior to Nellcor Mr. Jones spent six years in sales and marketing management positions at BioGenex Laboratories. Chris is a graduate of Yale University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Molecular Biophysics and Biochemistry.

Lynne R. Rollins, Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Rollins joined the Company in 2005 and has over 25 years experience in the healthcare industry in the areas of finance and business development. Most recently she has had her own consulting business as a CFO consultant for start-up medical companies. Prior to that, she was with Baxter Healthcare Corporation for 20 years. Her positions at Baxter included Vice President of Business Development for the Cardiopulmonary Business of the CardioVascular Group and Vice President of Finance for the Cardiopulmonary Business. Ms. Rollins received her B.S. degree from California State University, Northridge and her MBA from Pepperdine University.

Stuart L. Gallant, Chief Technical Officer

Stuart L. Gallant serves as Chief Technical Officer and has been in the medical device industry for 29 years. Prior to joining Tensys® Medical in 1997, he held engineering and management positions with Medtronic, Minntech (formerly Renal Systems) and Hittman Medical before starting his first company in 1984. He subsequently sold his Baltimore-based medical device consulting, engineering and manufacturing business to a U.K.-based consulting firm in 2000. Mr. Gallant has been directly involved in the development and manufacture of more than 50 diagnostic, monitoring and therapeutic devices. Mr. Gallant holds BSEE and MSBME degrees from Drexel University and an MBA from Loyola College.

Warren B. Craycroft, Vice President, Research & Development

Warren B. Craycroft serves as Vice President, Research & Development. Mr. Craycroft has 27 years experience developing commercial hardware and software products for computing systems, medical instrumentation, industrial automation, office automation, and information systems. His management expertise includes creating, implementing, and managing software development and software quality assurance methodologies in accordance with FDA, ISO 9000-9001 and European CE regulated software development environments. Mr. Craycroft holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley.
